Michael Jordan has had his hand in building his brand with Nike, but now the NBA seems to be changing that.
According to ESPN’s Darren Rovell, the NBA has restricted Jordan from giving Hornet players any type of “Jordan Brand” deals because of cap rules; at least 6 have gotten one in the last 7 years.

Its understandable as to why Jordan would help facilitate Hornet players in shoe deals, its his team, but its understandable to see the favoritism and giving players more than they deserve.
