There’s some guys that you just can’t help but to root for and Pittsburgh Steelers offensive lineman Alejandro Villanueva is a prime example of just that.
Villanueva is a West Point graduate and U.S. Army Ranger captain, who served three tours in Afghanistan. Last year, the Philadelphia Eagles signed Villanueva, but he was immediately let go before the season.
Now, the 6-foot-9 lineman is in Pittsburgh and in order to increase his chances of making the team, Villanueva decided to hit the weight room viciously.
Alejandro Villanueva told me he now weighs 340. Was 245 in Philly last year.

Yes, you read that write. Villanueva nearly gained 100 pounds in a year span.
Is this even healthy?
