Problems with the turf in Houston are nothing new, and it’s one of the reasons Jadeveon Clowney’s rookie season was cut short.
According to Adam Teicher of ESPN.com, the Chiefs “aren’t happy with the condition of the field,” at NRG Stadium, which seems to ripping away at the seams already.

The Texans use system of removable trays of grass for NFL games, while they have an artificial surface they use for other games.
