The troubles for the Miami Hurricanes continue and just can’t seem to escape the spotlight.
Hurricanes defensive tackle Michael Wyche was arrested for a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.
Wyche, is a 6’4, 350 pound redshirt senior who’s played only in four games this season for the Hurricanes and has yet to record a sack or tackle.
According to court records, Wyche is at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on $1,500 bond. His hearing has been set for November 18, 2015.
Christy Chirinos, Hurricanes beat writer for the Sun Sentinal tweeted this on Wyche and his status with the football team.
Miami says it is "aware of the situation" involving DT Michael Wyche, who was arrested Wednesday. He is suspended indefinitely.
