Reuben Randle and the Giants are tied for the NFC East lead, which isn’t saying very much, yet he feels as though the offense focuses on one man.
“It’s frustrating that you have to share time,” Randle said. “I’m getting my reps cut a little bit, so my opportunities are cut down a little more. Odell [Beckham Jr.] is pretty much the prime target for us offensively, so everyone else is really just trying to go out there and make plays when the opportunity is called. It’s definitely frustrating. As a receiver, you want to get more involved in the game and it’s kind of tough when the opportunities are limited for you to make an impact on the game.”
Odell Makes a lot of great plays for the Giants, so I do anticipate his touches getting reduced but there are roughly 45 other times that Eli must give the ball to someone else during the course of the game. Randle has had a history of running the wrong routes, which often lead to Eli Manning interceptions. He may want to see if that is causing his lack of productivity before he suggest the offense is too reliant on OBJ.
