Herm Edwards is one of my favorite guys. He’s an old school no non-sense type guy. He’s honest, forward and shows no favoritism to anyone regardless to who they are. He’s extremely passionate about the game of football and is upset with TCU’s quarterback Trevone Boykins who was suspended and will miss Saturday’s Valero Alamo Bowl game after being arrested last night for fighting in a bar and striking a patrol officers. Herm did his best to use Boykins actions as a teaching tool for the kids at the Under Armor All-American Football camp.

What Herm is saying is exactly right, no one person is bigger than the game of football. Everyone is replaceable and Boykins’ suspension was deserved. His actions might cause his team the game seeing that they have been practicing and planing for week as if he would be the starter.
