@AdamSchefter says OBJ showed little remorse in today's hearing. Which makes his statement hollow. He had no chance today.

Odell Beckham Jr released a statement after his suspension was upheld where he apologized to pretty much everybody for his actions against the Panthers on Sunday. One has to wonder why it took him so long to apologize but as the saying goes it’s better late than never but the authenticity of that statement is questioned now since it’s being reported that he didn’t show any remorse during his hearing.
I don’t know why OBJ would go in that hearing with no regrets for his behavior this past Sunday and expects to have a chance to play against the Vikings. If that is true, he pretty much set himself for failure and most importantly didn’t show any sign of maturity following his controversial actions against the Panthers.
It is sad that we continue to focus on his actions off the field after the season he’s having. His play on the field should dominate any topic about him but unfortunately that is not the case. At least that apology statement was well written, a small consolation for his fans.
