I would say this is ridiculous, but it is Manziel and Vegas, so anything is possible. Mitch Moss of ESPN Las Vegas and LV Sports Network (who isn’t the type to make something up) reports on how Manziel was able to avoid detection while in Vegas.
Our sources tell us Manziel was at a popular night club on the strip Saturday night. The QB entered wearing a blonde wig, a fake mustache, glasses, and a hoodie.
Manziel introduced himself as “Billy.” He was there into the 3am hour and when it came time to pay the bill, he asked to have it comped because he didn’t bring cash and also didn’t want to put it on his card.
However, the sources tell us he ended up paying with his card and signing the check.
Manziel dined at the club’s restaurant before going to the nightclub. He was seated at the most private area in the restaurant, which is still out in the open. And yes, he ate with his wig and glasses on.
If this is true at some point, Manziel had to show ID to drink and gamble, that is when he was exposed by the cocktail waitress and USA Today reporter.
What I don’t understand is why was it so important to Manziel to go to Vegas this weekend, when the season was about to be over and he could go to Vegas any time he wanted without having to call himself Billy?
Manziel isn’t talking (he ran out on the media today) and the Browns just seem over it. Unless we see some pics of “Billy”, we may never know 100% if he was there or not.
You tell me, do you believe this?
