Now that 2016 is well underway and we have all had time to watch the new Star Wars film, giving Disney all of the money in the process, we can now get on with waiting on ‘Captain America: Civil War’ which comes out May 6th. That is less than four months away and Disney is looking to sweeten the pot for those going to the theaters. It looks like Disney is planning on releasing the first official trailer for ‘Star Wars: Rogue One’ with Civil War according to the Nerdy Show. They even predict we may get a look at Darth Vader.
Rogue One is the first in the new Star Wars Anthology Series focusing on a group of resistance fighters stealing the plans to the Death Star. This takes place within the Star Wars universe between Episode III and Episode IV. Anything with Star Wars is highly anticipated but pairing it up with Civil War is sure to be a great marketing idea. Not to mention May 6 is two days after May 4, the unofficial Star Wars day.
