I’m starting to think that issues with the law plagues the Cleveland Browns. Armonty Bryant was indicted on two drug possession charges.
Many of you may read this and say, “It’s not that serious or that’s not a major drug.” But in fact, the drugs found are controlled substances.
Bryant faces charges for possession of Adderall and Oxycodone. Former Brown De’Ante Saunders was indicted for improperly handling a weapon in a motor vehicle.
The charges came as a result of Saunders being pulled over for speeding on a Cleveland area interstate on Christmas morning. Ohio Highway Patrol stopped the car at about 2:15 a.m. Troopers searched the car and found a Glock handgun and 22-round magazine.
Three pills — two Oxycodones and one Adderall — also were found in the car.
The two have a court date for February 24 but no word yet from the NFL.
