The Philadelphia Eagles are trying to purge themselves of Chip Kelly’s mistakes, RB DeMarco Murray is already on his way to Tennessee, but their proposed trade with the Miami Dolphins has hit a snag.
#Eagles/#Dolphins trade with Byron Maxwell & Alonso is held up because MIA is taking a closer look at Maxwell's shoulder. It's not off yet

Maxwell has under-achieved since joining the Eagles but was just a highly coveted free agent a few years ago. The Dolphins believe adding Mario Williams to their already imposing defensive line, assuming they re-sign Cameron Wake, can help Maxwell recapture his Seattle form.
Despite the signing of Mario Williams, I'm told Cam Wake isn't going anywhere but the #Dolphins any time soon. Details to work out, though

Maxwell’s shoulder can still check out perfectly fine and at that time the Dolphins won’t hesitate to pull the trigger on the proposed trade.
Looking into Byron Maxwell's shoulder's is described as something that happens with many trades/signings. Concerning, but not abnormal.
