Bryce Harper is on a mission to banish baseball’s so called unwritten rules that frown upon any type of celebrating after making a great play on the field. Typically, Latin and African American players are prone to celebrate on the field, and that usually draws the ire of white players that point to the unwritten rules of baseball.
With Harper taking this stance and launching his own personal crusade to Make Baseball Fun Again, it will be interesting to see if celebrations become more of an accepted practice with Harper as the advocate for this movement.
