Steelers star wideout Antonio Brown knows a thing or three about footwork.
So when he says his offseason participation on ‘Dancing With The Stars’ helped his already transcendent game improve even more, I’m prone to believe him.
Though some may view it as a distraction, it appears, early at least; Brown hasn’t been distracted too much:

Following his first real football workout in months, A.B. spoke to NFL Network’s Aditi Kinkhabwala Thursday, detailing how he’s kept in shape:
“I felt pretty good today, actually, my feet, I’m in shape, running my routes and dropping my hips. I still have work to do on my finishes, but that will come. For the most part, I’m feeling good and can transition out of my breaks.”
Brown then talked about how ‘DWTS’ has affected his already impeccable footwork:
“I don’t want to say it made me faster, but I feel like it has helped me a lot with my shock absorbers,” he said. “I’ve been able to drop my hips and get on the ball of my foot.”
NFL defensive backs should be wary of any improvements to Brown’s game at this point.
