Since January, motorist and pedestrians alike traveling along Nebraska and Hillsborough avenue have been privy to witness bikini clad performer Charles Holla sing, dance and twerk his way to internet fame, according to the Tampa Tribune.
The 38 year old, born Charles Easter, says that his antics are a fun way for him to make an honest living.

While doing handstands, pelvic thrusts and booty shakes up and down the sidewalk, people passing by occasionally throw cash– sometimes $10’s & $20’s, all while Easter performs and poses for pictures with onlookers.
The cross dressing Brooklyn native, with the word “Holla” tattooed on his forehead has made Tampa his home recently, and doesn’t seem to be leaving the Sunshine State anytime soon, as he has a baby on the way. Yes, the man that goes by Beyonce and/or Rhi-Rhi is about to be a father. He and his wife Jennifer have been saving his tips, which on a good day can be up to $1000.
