OTA’s have started and the New York Jets still don’t have their desired quarterback. Yes they still have Geno Smith and even drafted Christian Hackenburg but it’s clear Ryan Fitzpatrick is the guy they want.
Fitzpatrick has moved around the league a bit but he had a really solid season last year. While starting all 16 games, Fitz ended the season with 3,905 yards and 31 touchdown. According to TheScore.com, those stats were good enough for the Jets to offer Fitzpatrick a 3-year deal where he would earn $12 dollars in his first year. The offer was made in March and Fitzpatrick has yet to accept it but here are three reasons why he should.
