French Montana may not be ready for his album to hit the shelves but Target thinks otherwise. In fact, it’s already on the shelves ready for you to purchase.
According to Complex.com twitter user Matt Albin aka @malbin34 discovered MC4, at his local area Target store after French tweeted about a delay in release date.
“Due to some sample clearances that are still being worked out, I have to move the album release date.” He added, “I want to apologize to my fans that are waiting, I want to make sure the album is something special.”
The delay is said to be attributed to legal issues Montana has to clear up before the album can be made public.
No statements or apologies have been issued by Target for the mishap. It’s unclear if this was a company wide error or isolated to one store. If you find a copy in your area, tweet us a picture.
