Josh Brown is making headlines for things other than his athleticism. He reportedly violated an order of protection against his ex-wife.
During the summer of 2015, Molly Brown, Josh Brown’s ex wife, said that she saw Brown drive by her home. It reportedly occurred on July 14, 2015. By now, we all know how order of protections work. Brown was not allowed to come within 500 feet of her. Brown’s charges goes as follows but he does have John Mara’s, Giants owner support.
Brown had been arrested on May 22, 2015, and charged with assault fourth degree/domestic violence. The charges were later dropped.
The NFL recently suspended Brown one game of violation of the league’s conduct policy. Giants owner John Mara said the team was aware of the arrest and that the organization “was comfortable with our decision to re-sign” Brown this offseason.
Although they were dropped, I’m sure an eye is still being kept on these allegations.
