According to the Dallas PD, Texas Rangers’ pitcher Jeremy Jeffress urinated on himself during his DWI arrest early Friday morning via TMZ.
In a police report obtained by Dallas News — Jeffress, 28, told the police, he had “three or four cups of Hennessy cognac mixed with Coca-Cola,” earlier that evening. His female passenger also told cops they had just left SISU nightclub before being pulled over.
Dallas police say the pitcher failed his field sobriety test miserably — struggling to balance or even stand on one leg. Yikes.
Jeffress was arrested and transported to a nearby station where he was booked.
The Rangers released the following statement regarding the incident:
The Texas Rangers are aware of the situation involving Jeremy Jeffress that took place early this morning. At this time, we are in the process of the gathering information and have no further comment.
Come on, Jeffress. There’s far too many car services nowadays for you to be driving under the influence.
