Steve Kerr gets it as a man and a leader of men, that’s probably why he’s been so successful as the head coach of the Golden State Warriors.
Kerr — who spent his formal years in the Middle East — said all the right things when asked by the San Francisco-Oakland area media, about Colin Kaepernick.
Kerr — when asked about his approach to his protest (kneeling) — Kerr offered support to the 49ers locker room — saying that he thinks the issues Kaepernick and others are speaking out about should be the topic of conversation per Anthony Slater:

Kerr said he’s spoken to several members of the Warriors about the ongoing protest, and he’ll likely address the entire team before the season starts.
