When LeBron James won his first two championships with the Miami Heat, Nike commemorated their star athlete with a championship pack of his sneakers. The shoes were limited and sold out in seconds, and they can be seen being sold for thousands upon thousands of dollars on the after market.
After winning the NBA Finals this year, it was a surprise Nike did not announce a championship pack for LeBron. Even more strange is that they didn’t capitalize on the fact that LeBron’s teammate Kyrie Irving, who had an amazing series, could also be a part of this somehow since he is also a Nike signature athlete.
It looks like the swoosh has finally answered. Not only are they releasing a combined pack of the Nike Kyrie 2 with the Nike LeBron 10 Soldier, but it looks like they could be releasing four different packs—all to commemorate each win they got in the Finals series versus the Golden State Warriors.
It’s a shame, however, that these won’t be releasing online. The pack, which are the shoes from the Cavs’ Game 3 win, will be releasing in-stores only at select Nike Store and Foot Locker House of Hoops locations. They will only be releasing in select big markets, and a ton of them will be releasing in the Cleveland area.
If you’re in the area and looking to score big on these, here’s your chance. Cop These Kicks revealed the list of locations that will be releasing the shoes, and links to the website if you want more information.
Good luck!
