If there’s one thing you should know, it’s to make sure to run away from anything concerning El Chapo because you might end up like the judge on the case.
By now, El Chapo is no stranger to you. Much like Pablo Escobar, the notorious drug lord has made a name for himself. He managed to escape jail and now, he’s looking to eliminate everyone who will possibly put him back in jail. If you get a jury duty notice for his jury duty, make sure to run like Kramer did.
The judge on the case, Vicente Antonio Bermudez Zaharias, was out jogging by his home in Mexico as he approached by someone from the back. The perpetrator shot him in the head and thus, fatally killing him.
The attorney general’s office will lead a thought investigation into the murder, according to Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto. Zaharias was a district court magistrate for appeals and civil judgements in the city of Toluca, according to The Wall Street Journal. His home was located in Metepec, a town located 45 miles west of Mexico City. He was the presiding judge over a number of cases involving drug lords like “El Chapo.”
Judges beware and others who might be involved in this case. El Chapo doesn’t play games.
