"What she provided in court is just a different copy," said Rose's attorney Courtney Palko. "I:36 a.m is just deleted," Palko said.

The judge said he will consider it, but everyone is scheduled to be back in court on Tuesday morning for a ruling.
Derrick Rose tried to get out of appearing, but the judge denied that request.
