DeMar DeRozan is steaming mad at Sports Illustrated, and the rest of the NBA is paying for their preseason slight.
The Raptors shooting guard leads the NBA in scoring at nearly 36 points per game, and after going for 34 on Friday, DeRozan has joined Michael Jordan as the only players in the last 30-years to start the year with five straight 30-point games.
He attributed it to the SI rankings.
DeRozan was asked if he's feeling a new level of confidence. JV yells "Still 46th". DeMar, under his breath: "That has a lot to do with it"

DeRozan came in at No. 46 in Sports Illustrated’s 100 NBA Players of 2017 list, up from No. 61 the year before.
I’m not sure how an All-Star is the 46th best player in the league, but I digress.
