This was one of the most odd pressers I have ever watched in my life. We know it’s always a circus in Dallas with the Cowboys no matter if the team is 1-15 or 15-1. The Cowboys currently lead the NFL with a 8-1 record with Dak Prescott is in charge and are number 1 in the power rankings. Tony Romo is finally healthy and ready to play but there is one huge problem, Jerry Jones has decided to go forward with Dak.
Romo has been the face of the franchise for many years and despite doing a lot of good for the Cowboys, Romo hasn’t been able to win the games that matter most. Today, Romo stood before the media for the first time in nearly 3 months reluctantly admitting Dak has earned the right to keep the starting quarterback job.
Romo: Dak Prescott has earned the right to be our quarterback. He has earned that right.
