Social media will be demise of so many goofy organized crime syndicates.
While showing no respect for the game — a heroin dealing duo was just busted on the strength of mobile phone footage showing them showing off wads of cash while rapping to a song about drugs profits on snapchat.
According to the Daily Mail — Jamal Swaby and Shafiq Ahmed were among 20 associated with a drug syndicate network that saw the group get 200 years total.
In the footage, Ahmed, 26, can be seen flicking through bank notes, smelling the cash while nodding his head to a song by gangsta rapper The Game.
Swaby roars his approval before recording his own Snapchat clip, singing along to a song by US star Fetty Wap and holding the money by his ear.
The 22-year-old plays up to the camera while in their car listening to the music which has lyrics about making money through dealing drugs.
The lyrics include: ‘We be counting up watch how far them bands go. We just selling dope, talking matching Lambos. Got 50, 60 grams, prob 100 grams though’.
When arrested by police, Swaby accepted meeting with other conspirators, but claimed he was just a driver for his pal Ahmed.
He claimed he was not involved in any drug plot, but officers later seized the tell-tale videos from the bungling show-offs’ mobile phones.
