Popular podcaster Taxstone has been indicted. The host of “Tax Season” is facing charges stemming from a deadly shooting at a T.I. concert back in May.
Taxstone, whose real name is Daryl Campbell, has been indicted on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and receiving a gun in through interstate commerce.
Campbell illegally possessed the 9-mm Kel-Tec semi-automatic handgun which was used in the shooting during the concert in Manhattan’s Irving Plaza. The incident left one man dead and several others injured. Campbell was seen entering the room where the shooting occurred and seen running from the crime scene afterwards. His DNA was also all over the weapon.
Rapper Troy Ave was previously indicted on charges of second-degree attempted murder and four counts of weapons possession in the same incident.
