Sentencing was handed down for an Indiana man that stabbed his ex-boyfriend for charging $700 worth of purchases on his debit card without permission.
According to IndyStorm.com Bryan Fearman, was arrested in July 2015 for stabbing his unidentified ex-boyfriend at a local area L.A. Fitness. At the time of the incident witnesses stated that Fearman “ambushed” the 20-year-old victim while he worked out, stabbing him once in the back with a large kitchen knife. When authorities and emergency crew arrived at the gym, the weapon was still in the victims back.
After a short pursuit, authorities later apprehended Fearman who told them he “did not care” if his ex-boyfriend lived or died. Forman ultimately plead guilty to attempted murder.
On Monday Fox 59 reported that a judge sentenced Fearman to 35 years in prison. No word on whether or not he plans to appeal the sentence.
