LaVar has been making a lot of predictions lately about what his sons will do, and one of those predictions was UCLA winning the National Championship. Well, that prediction came crashing down hard as UCLA was dominated in the 2nd half by Kentucky, and De’Aron Fox was the best player on the floor, not his son Lonzo Ball.
LaVar Ball’s mentions are paying the price tonight, as Twitter is roasting him endlessly.

Empowering your kids is one thing, but making outlandish claims of greatness before they have a chance to become great will backfire and it did tonight. Lonzo Ball is a talented young man who should be a good NBA player, but he could also end up as a bust just as easily. The NBA is hard enough without the extra pressure, so let’s see if LaVar Ball changes his approach after tonight.
