When Big Baller Brand launched Lonzo Ball’s signature shoes earlier today, folks balked at the hefty $495 price tag. However, even more were intrigued and impressed with how quickly BBB was able to design and launch the shoe so quickly; ahead of the NBA Draft.
Turns out, the brand got a little assistance on the logo. Ohio State WR coach Zach Smith says the ZO2 logo is eerily similar to his Zone 6 logo created years ago.
Thursday night, he launched a series of tweets aimed at LaVar Ball calling him out for stealing his logo. He even went so far as to include the title, “Designer of Lorenzo Ball’s Logo” in his Twitter bio.
This can, and likely will, get messy. While we wait for LaVar’s response, flip through the pages to read some of Smith’s tweets.
