Saints superman-turned-superstar Jarrius Robertson is only 15-years-old & still fighting for his life against a rare, vicious liver disease.
Multiple hospital stays & liver transplants have done nothing to extinguish the fire young Jarrius has for life & the things he’s been able to do since first coming to fame through some Saints players he’s befriended.
Many know Jarrius’ hilarious personality & courageous face he wears in public & while appearing on ESPN, but few know the struggle he’s going through when he’s back home with his family.
Before being awarded with this year’s Jimmy V Award for Perseverance at the ESPYs, ESPN ran an awesome piece in order to give sports fans a better view of what life is like for Jarrius & his family when the cameras stop rolling:
