Spokane police arrested Jeremy R. Lindholm, 41, as he allegedly fled the 420 Lingerie boutique at 3813 N. Division Street with a baseball bat in his hand.
Lindholm told police that he was upset because his girlfriend did not go to the store and get him some Kool-Aid before she went to work at the boutique, according to court documents.
The assault was captured on video surveillance inside the business where his girlfriend works. The video shows Lindholm hitting the victim in the head and on her body with the bat more than a dozen times, according to court documents. It also showed that he choked her, flung her on the ground and jumped on her, landing on his knees on her chest. During the assault Lindholm said he wanted to kill her, the victim told police.
Lindholm told police that his original plan was not to hurt his girlfriend but to force police to shoot him in front of her, according to court documents.
He has been charged with second degree attempted murder.
Lindholm has appeared in an episode of “Twin Peaks” and was a regular background actor in “Z Nation.
