R. Marcos Taylor finds himself in trouble with the law again. You might think he’s taking his Suge Knight role a little too seriously these days. He is charged with four counts of assault.
Actor R. Marcos Taylor portrayed Suge knight in Straight Outta Compton and the world is wondering if this is who he is wanting to be these days. Taylor had a run in with the law back in May of this year after slamming a security guard in Miami. And now, there is this new case.
According to the folks at TMZ, the actor has been charged with multiple accounts of assault after punching two people a couple of weeks ago.
The incident went down back on Aug. 9 when Taylor found himself engaged in a heated argument with a manager at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Green Brook, N.J. From there, things escalated, and Taylor allegedly punched the man in the face repeatedly.
In the ensuing chaos, several people dragged Taylor out of the restaurant and a big brawl followed. During the commotion, Taylor apparently punched a woman on the side of her head. Taylor’s now been charged with four counts of assault, one count of criminal mischief and one count of disorderly conduct.
Taylor tells a very different story. He claims that he was jumped in the parking lot and thus has claims self defense.
What happened in that restaurant is still very unclear but only time will tell as to what’s going to happen, as his other case in Miami is still pending.
