A Mississippi school teacher was dismissed from her position after administrators became aware of a racist post on social media.
WWLTV.com reports that Cammie Rone, a teacher with the South Panola School district, posted the following message on her Facebook account leading to her termination.
“If blacks in this country are so offended no one is forcing them to stay here. Why don’t they pack up and move back to Africa where they will have to work for a living. I am sure our government will will pay for it! We pay for everything else.”
Rone claims her Facebook account was hacked. She will be allowed to appeal the decision.
