It looks like the Cowboys won’t have to take the field without their superstar running back…at least for another week.

Via SportsdayDFW:

The Cowboys running back again is eligible to play after a New York judge granted his and the NFL Players Association’s motion for a temporary restraining order. Elliott’s legal team filed the motion Monday evening, after which the courts granted an emergency hearing for Tuesday afternoon. The ruling prevents the NFL from its enforcing its six-game suspension yet.

Elliott is issued a temporary restraining order.

Judge Katherine Fallia, who is presiding over the case is chilling on vacation until Oct 30. at the latest.

I believe at some point, Elliot will serve this suspension. The NFL is notorious for taking this as far as they possibly can, and then an inch further than that; if for nothing else, to prove a point.

They did it with Brady, they’ll work damn hard to make sure Zeke sees the same outcome, whenever that may be.

Rescinding Zeke’s suspension, in essence is Roger Goodell admitting he was wrong. Let’s be honest:

What are the chances of that?
