Here is a brief timeline of the Lavar Ball vs. Donald Trump beef.
It all started a couple of weeks ago when LiAngelo and two UCLA players stole some Louis Vuitton shades in China. Immediately after the theft, UCLA, a Chinese Billionaire and the US government started working to get the players off.
The players were only briefly in jail and were told to stay at their hotel while it all got straighten out.
By the time that Trump got involved the general belief that the players would be allowed to go home. Trump who was in China put in a final word for the players and then tried to take all the credit.
Do you think the three UCLA Basketball Players will say thank you President Trump? They were headed for 10 years in jail!

This was a lie, by the time Trump got involved it was pretty much resolved, but people were giving him credit for helping until he decided to act like Trump.
The UCLA players did thank him though.
LaVar Ball decided he wasn’t going to give credit to Trump when he knew that the situation had basically been resolved.
“Who?” Ball told ESPN when asked about Trump’s role in the situation. “What was he over there for? Don’t tell me nothing. Everybody wants to make it seem like he helped me out.”
And that is what triggered Trump because he can’t have a black man not bowing down to him.
