LiAngelo Ball and his UCLA teammates officially made it back home from China, after being detained for allegedly shoplifting Louis Vuitton sunglasses and other items.
The trio made it back to the states with a clean record after Donald Trump claimed he personally petitioned China’s President Xi Jinping to help resolve the matter.
The charges were reduced and the players made it out of China with a clean record, and were not deported according to reports. Upon arrival, LiAngelo and his teammates had to do the walk of shame in front of the paparazzi on the way to their vehicle. During the short stroll, they were peppered with questions about the incident.
Questions such as: “Are you going to play this season?” “Do you have a message or Trump?” and “Will you ever wear Louis Vuitton again?” This is the price of fame in a nutshell.
