They could have let him go, he did just win the SEC championship game.
The SEC championship game Saturday, Bulldogs starting linebacker Natrez Patrick was arrested on an undisclosed misdemeanor charge in Georgia, according to online records.
According to Barrow County inmate records, Patrick was arrested at approximately 11:50 p.m. Saturday and booked at 1:30 a.m. Sunday. The specific charge is not listed, but a local NBC affiliate reported that Patrick was arrested for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and was released Sunday morning.
With that being said, this is not the first time Patrick has been arrested for weed and this is his third arrest overall.
Needs to smarten up.
