Here’s How Black People Specifically Black Women Kept Pedophile, Racist & White Supremacist Roy Moore Out of Congress

It was a tight race for Senator of Alabama between alleged pedophile Roy Moore and Doug Jones, but the unthinkable happened tonight. Doug Jones (D) defeated Roy Moore (R) in a shocking upset for a seat in the U.S. Senate.

Roy Moore was fully supported by President Trump and the RNC, despite the allegations of relationships with underage girls and a history of racist and sexist rhetoric.  Roy Moore denied all the allegations and refused to drop out the race, and would have likely prevailed tonight if it wasn’t for the black voters in Alabama. Especially, black women.

As you can see in the diagram above, white men and women were all in on the alleged pedophile Roy Moore, but our brothers and sisters in Alabama made sure that Alabama did the right thing and potentially saved the United States from certain disaster. Black women get even more credit because they turned out in greater numbers than black men to help elect Doug Jones.

It also worth noting and very fitting that Selma, Alabama was the city that put Doug Jones on top for good.

Roy Moore was key to help solidifying President Trump’s heavily criticized tax reform plan that recently passed the Senate. Now thanks to black women, the entire tax plan is in jeopardy once Doug Jones arrives in the Senate. The plan had been projected to add trillions of dollars to the deficit, while granting large tax cuts to the top 1%, which would lead to eventual steep cuts to social safety-nets like medicare and social security.  So perhaps we will all look back on this day as the day black women saved America.  Thank you black women.
