Hopefully this young man pulls through.
Very scary situation.
South Carolina State basketball player Tyvoris Solomon collapsed on the sideline Saturday during the Bulldogs’ game against North Carolina State in Raleigh, N.C., according to PackPride, which covers N.C. State sports.
Emergency crews rushed out immediately and performed CPR on Solomon, a 5-10 redshirt senior, and he was carted off the court.
PackPride reported that Solomon was stable and responsive in the locker room. He was transported to a hospital shortly after, PackPride reported.
Thoughts and prayers go out to him.
Both teams now huddled together praying for SC State player, who is still lying on the sideline as CPR is performed. 🙏🙏🙏 pic.twitter.com/rL4lBU2Fvw
