One would think they would give Crimson Tide legends a break with this type of stuff, but apparently not.
Here is what the cops had to say.
Foster, 23, was arrested for misdemeanor marijuana possession around 9 p.m. Friday.
TPD issued a short release at 10 a.m. Saturday that didn’t address whether he was pulled over, why police suspected he had marijuana or how much they say he had.
“On last night, TPD officers encountered Reuben Foster near the intersection of Highway 69 South Drive. During the encounter, officers found probable cause to arrest him for unlawful possession of marijuana II. Foster was processed and bonded out at Tuscaloosa County Jail.”
Foster was charged with second-degree marijuana, meaning police said he had an amount for personal use. He was released from jail on $2,500 bond.
It is wild black men are being arrested for minor amounts of weed when in other parts of the countries billions are being made off the legalized weed.
