As details begin to emerge on Big Baller Brand’s business practices, earning them an F-Rating from the Better Business Bureau, customer complaints are painting a picture of a company that doesn’t care and talks to their patrons any kind of way.
In a number of complaints, Uproxx.com obtained from the Better Business Bureau website, customers explain how their orders were shipped incorrectly and how attempts were made to correct the order fell on deaf ears and they were called “smaller ballers.”
“This company does not offer refunds. I purchased 2 items and was told there would be a 1-2 week delay. I have been waiting 6 weeks now, and when I asked why it was taking so long, I was called a “small baller”. At this point I believe they have decided to steal my money.”
If you’re the customer, it’s frustrating to call a company that’s already taken your money and refuses to ship your merchandise or make a correction due to error on their part. If you’re reading this post, some of these complaints are downright comical.
