When the Philadelphia Eagles play in the Super Bowl next month, one of their biggest fans and sources of inspiration, Meek Mill, will be allowed to watch the game despite being incarcerated.
The Blast reports that Mill will have the options of watching the championship game from either his own cell, on a TV purchased from the commissary, or one of the TVs set up for the general population.
Officials at SCI Chester tell The Blast Meek will be able to watch the big game either in his own cell from a TV purchased through commissary, or on one of the community TV’s designated for the entire block.
In addition to the game, he’ll be able to purchase a wide array of snacks from the prison commissary which include:
- BBQ Corn Chips
- The Whole Shabang Chips
- The Whole Enchilada Party
- Chex Mix
- Wheat Thins
- Mixed Nuts
- Velveeta Spicy Cheesy Rice
- Chocolate Cup Cakes
- Swiss Rolls
- Fruit Punch
- Peanut M&M’s
- Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
Mill remains in prison serving a 2-4 year sentence for violating his parole. A number of legal advocates and celebrities have come forward and participated in efforts to have him released. The judge that sentenced him, Genece Brinkley, remains under investigation by the FBI.
