False accusations like the one Jennifer Hudson made to cover up her cheating and trying to take a son away from his father, doesn’t just ruin the guy’s reputation but really hurts women who have truly been victims of domestic violence. She should be ashamed of herself #BSOTV pic.twitter.com/EOuWwyLeRG

When David Otunga ended their 9-year-engagement, he stayed in the house because he was the primary caregiver for their son. He didn’t go public about her cheating with gospel singer Mali Music. It was only when they couldn’t come to a custody agreement that Hudson went on a smear campaign against him.
The first thing she did was accused Otunga of abusing her and her son. She sent the cops to their house to have Otunga forcibly removed in the hopes Otunga would cause a scene. Otunga who has a Harvard Law Degree, saw through what was happening to smear his name and left peacefully. He then went to court and because of the facts in the case was granted custody of their son. Hudson dropped the protection order because she knew she had lied and now the police have verified that as well according to TMZ.
Police had been investigating Otunga for domestic battery after a November incident where Jennifer claimed David got angry at her, grabbed their son by the hand and shoved her out of their bedroom. She filed a report with cops in Burr Ridge, IL.
We’re told police have now completed their investigation and will not charge David. Case closed.
You’ll recall, Jennifer had gotten a temporary restraining order after the alleged incident, which sparked their custody battle over David Jr.
There simply was no incident, and this was a petty attempt by Hudson to destroy Otunga’s reputation and keep his son away from him.
It backfired, Otunga’s name has been cleared, and he has primary custody of their son while Hudson is with Mali Music.
