It didn’t take long for Tennessee to find it’s new Head Coach and Mike Vrabel is the man they have pegged for the job.

This time last week, the Titans were thoroughly outplayed in their Divisional Round match-up with the Patriots. Even after winning in Kansas City in the Wild Card Round, Mike Mularkey was shown the door in large part because his Quarterback had become a hindrance to the team.
Marcus Mariota regressed from his sophomore campaign. Last season he tossed 13 touchdowns along with 15 Interceptions. While his skill position weapons leave much to be desired, Vrabel’s ability to re-imagine the Titans offense will go a long way toward determining his success. DeMarco Murray’s time has likely come and gone in Nashville. With Derrick Henry flashing brilliance in spots, utilizing his skill set in a backfield and upgrading the wideout position will be crucial.
Vrabel served as the Defensive Coordinator for the division rival Texans and will be introduced Monday as the Head Coach of the Tennessee Titans.
