Yahoo Sports confirmed that New Orleans Pelicans guard, Jordan Crawford, is in negotiations for a sponsorship deal with Big Baller Brand.
Earlier this year, Jordan Crawford showed LaVar and the Big Baller Brand some love by becoming the first NBA player, not named Lonzo, to wear BBB in a game.
Crawford has continued wearing the ZO2s into the postseason.
Furthermore, LaVar is consistently a man of his word:
The endorsement deal would place Crawford under the umbrella of the Big Baller Brand; however, Crawford would still have the freedom to independently pursue his own personal endeavors.
Last year, Crawford averaged 14 points per game in 19 games with the Pelicans.
This year, Crawford’s numbers are down to 6.2 points and 2.6 assists per game. Minutes are just too hard to come by in the crowded backcourt, as Jrue Holiday is no longer injured, and the Pelicans expanded Rondo’s role in the offense.
If you’re looking to cop a pair of the ZO2s or the ZO2 Remixes, they are available at BBB for $495.00-$695.00 (depending on your size and style).
