Tremaine and Terrell Edmunds Make History As First Brothers Drafted in First Round of Same NFL Draft (Video)

Terrell Edmunds accompanied his little big brother Tremaine Edmunds and their mother on the draft Thursday at the NFL Draft.

Tremaine had his name called relatively early; going to the Buffalo Bills as the 16th pick and his big brother was ecstatic.

But the night didn’t end there for the Edmunds family. Terrell, safety out of Virgina Tech was shocked to hear his name called as the Steelers selected him at #28.

“I was surprised!,” said Terrell when addressing media following his selection. He went on to tell the story of how he got the call while relieving himself in the bathroom. Terrell struggled to fight back tears as he discussed his mother who raised three NFL players – older brother Trey is a running back for the New Orleans Saints.
