Meek Mill To Add Prominent Attorney to Team to Get Conviction Over Turned; Here’s Why They Believe They’ll Win

Working diligently to put his legal woes behind him since his release on bail, Meek Mill is adding a prominent Defender to his team in an effort to have the conviction overturned.

TMZ reports that Meek is enlisting the expertise of Bradley Bridge, an attorney for the Defender Association of Philadelphia.

Bradley Bridge is an attorney for the Defender Association of Philadelphia and says he’s worked on more than 2,000 cases of post-conviction relief … most involving allegedly corrupt police officers. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Bradley says he’s never seen any judge do what Judge Genece Brinkley is doing to Meek.

He says, “I have never had a judge order an evidentiary hearing where the prosecution has conceded the legitimacy of [post-conviction] relief.” As we’ve reported … Brinkley scheduled just such a hearing for Meek next month when the state Supreme Court ordered his release on bail.

In addition to Bradley’s hiring, the latest legal maneuver involves the filing of Bradley’s affidavit, along with Philadelphia police officers, alleging that suspected corrupt officer Reginald Graham bragged about ripping braids from Meek’s head and they’re willing to testify in court to such.

Since his release on bail, Mill has been getting back into the swing of performing. Mill appeared, along with DJ Khaled, at last weekend’s Loud Fest in Miami.
