The Rockets were destroyed by the Warriors 126-85 in Game 3. This was expected as the Rockets handed the Warriors a blowout game of their own in Houston in Game 2 so a response in Oakland was necessary.
Per Tim Bontemps of The Washington Post, Rockets Head Coach Mike D’Antoni said that the Warriors face more pressure heading into Game 4.
This is 50/50 to me. Houston had the best record in the league and is the one seed in the West so they must perform. I expected a seven-game series. Pressure does apply for the Warriors also as they have the opportunity to take a commanding 3-1 lead and they can’t afford to lose this game at home as Game 6 swings back to Houston.
Game 4 is tomorrow at 9PM ET on TNT.
