Entertainer Jamie Foxx was recently accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a party in his place in Las Vegas 16 years ago. The woman claims that Foxx allegedly slapped her with his penis when she refused to perform oral sex on him. These allegations according to TMZ are being denied by Foxx and has considered to take legal action to combat the allegations.
VladTV is also reporting that Foxx will pursue legal action against his accuser for filing a false police report:
Foxx’s attorney, Allison Hart of Lavely & Singer, told TMZ the entire story is made up. “Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him,” he stated.
Las Vegas police has informed Foxx and his representatives that the statue of limitations have run for such a crime. The statute of limitations for a sexual crime is 3 years and the time for a civil suit has also ran out. Foxx is in clear with Las Vegas police and the case is essentially closed.
