Dallas Cowboys pas rusher Randy Gregory has served multiple suspensions for substance abuse and his most recent suspensions has forced the talented pass rusher to miss all of last season. NFL Network Ian Rapoport spoke to Gregory’s lawyer and shared the conditional reinstatement that was granted.

Gregory was a star defensive end for University of Nebraska and was drafted in the second round by the Dallas Cowboys in 2015. He fell to the Cowboys with the 60th pick after a failed drug test during the combine. He last played during the end 2016 season after serving a couple of suspensions that cost him 16 games.
According to Rapaport Gregory has apparently finished a six week program where he went trough alcohol and drug rehabilitation as well as counseling. Gregory could add to the gifted line for the Cowboys this season as a change of pace with Demarcus Lawrence on the franchise tag. If the Cowboys and Lawrence can’t come to a contract agreement after this season, Gregory could be ready to fill the void if necessary.
